The reason for this is that there are many people stalking
I know this first hand, sometimes when two people click for an item it sends you to a limbo like page sometimes it'll say "2003, or 2010" and sometimes if you're very lucky when you go to this page, you get the item for free, so that's always fun :D

Tip One:
The Furima refreshing every minute and twenty seconds
so when this happens make sure to be refreshing so that you are one of the first on the new page, this will allow you to see the deals before the others who are just browsing.

Tip two:
Check all of the categories~!
I know sometimes people only check the "poupee market" or the "all" pages, this is a mistake.
Go to "outer" scan, if nothing "tops" if nothing move on to the next and so on and so forth.

Tip Three:
Learn the prices~!
I know this one will be a pain
but it doesn't hurt to check the entire page sometimes, because yeah
Sometimes Oribon lies and that white fur coat isn't worth over 10k at all, it's happened to me when I make mistakes to trusting it, but sometimes it is accurate, which is why you gotta keep checking.
another way to learn prices is to focus on the type of things that are popular
such as: black eye shadow, ribbon boots, gothic lolita dress or regular items, such as catcher items, are easier to know prices because they are plenty in the market.

Tip Four:
Follow the events!
If you see a person posting various items from an event for decent prices or all the same price go, chances are among those decent prices you will find a diamond in the rough and make much more ribbons than you spent, but remember this one goes well if you have followed Tip three to learn prices.

Tip Five:
F5 and Waiting
Sometimes it pays to stay on the page of a person
who is constantly selling things for cheap, if you have followed tip three to follow the events or items of the same price, stay on that page, even if it falls to no items, because sometimes it pays off and you get an old dress for a cheap price!

Tip Six:
Recycling Events! (this goes with Tip Four)
Sometimes people like to throw away their old items
like at valentines, I got so many old ribbon lolita dresses I was reselling everyday!
Learn the old events that are constant in poupee such as: halloween, Christmas, travel and valentines! Around these times poupee's sell their old items very cheaply to make room for the older ones!

okay back to business.
a little bit more elaboration on my 'quitting'
I will stop being as active as I was.
like Gaia, when I quit I gave a bunch of shit away
but I kept my favorite items and the scrap items.
I come back on gaia only for art and zOMG
so I will probably still be on Poupee, just not so much a part of the LJ community because for me, it's like pressure all the time. I feel so empty when I see everyone in their 50 dollar jewel dresses and limiteds I couldn't afford that month and rares I'll never have.
I do love all the users even if some have a condescending way of letting me know they hate me lol

So, I'm actually just taking a break from the community, I'll still be on poupee
so I hope I can talk to more of my poupee friends,
I don't really have irl friends because of college eating them
or drifting apart, but I never managed to make any friends on poupee either
well except for a few I really like, and only one I talk to outside of poupee
only not lately because stupid MSN makes my compy run slow
when I'm on Gaia :sad sad:

I'll be keeping this blog, too I guess
damn, I should update it more often lol
well, my other blogs will also need updating
and I'm focusing more on my fashion
so , Scarlet Lolita Bible (my lolita crafting blog)
will be changed into my sewing blog.
I love to make lolita style things
but lolita isn't really my style lol, so it's a complex thing isn't it?
I like to mix elements of lolita into normal day clothing
like a normal round neck shirt with ribbons and frills and a silhouette of alice ~!

well enough about my boring personal life, back to poupee.

Well I haven't gotten ANY lately.
Sorry, I know, I know, I am the shame of the regiment D:
it's not my fault, I just...don't care are much as I used to
I can't sell ANYTHING, and at the moment I have to go with the
1000r off sale, and no one buys anything still
fucking Kath making MY clients too poor to afford my expensive shit :sad sad:

So to sum it all up.

• I'm not really quitting anymore.
• I realized how empty I'd be without poupee
• I'll just have a sale and be more quiet >>;
• which actually means I'll be more loud in my blog ;D
• but I do want more of Yu_vi's art so I'll only pop into the community from time to time.

Once I get my photoshop running (find the usb stick I put it on) again I'll really make a pretty autumn layout :3
and maybe even more pretty posts!

I have decided that after all this time
and my recent anxiousness
it would be in my best interest to leave poupee.

I can't afford this distration anymore
even though I have time now
I've been going so many places and buying things that I do not have much to spare to buy jewels.
and I've become obsessed with buying jewels and getting the jewel items
and before I can recover there is a new event.
My life is too hectic to be stressing over something so silly.

I will quit on the same day I joined poupee, or maybe after the halloween event
and come back on only major event, like xmas and halloween and the bride event.

I will have a 'sale' or whatever, only keeping my rare and jewel items.
well maybe sell some jewel items too if people want them, nah maybe not.

well, I'll continued to make posts in here
and a more detailed one with updates
but yes, this is a decision I am taking
I've been meaning to quit for some time
I just didn't have the means to letting it come over me.

I will make my official introduction on the day I joined
and I will retire from the major society of poupee, or quit
when the halloween event ends.
it's been fun, and I will still be around, just not so much
so it's basically quitting isn't it?
